(b) Facsimile of the affidavit of Lance-Corporal Marlborough giving particulars as to the manner of Governor Bligh's arrest, 11 April 1808. (c) Facsimile of a letter from citizens of Sydney thanking Lieutenant-Governor Johnston for his action towards Governor Bligh in response to their petition, 27 January 1808. (d) Facsimile of letter from Captain Bligh, dated Government House, Sydney, 15th September 1808, addressed to Commander in Chief or Captain of any H.M. Ship, concerning James Symons, a member of the troops responsible for Bligh's imprisonment, and the fact that he has sailed on board the Rose. Stock book no. 1977.
